The Day TGI Wednesday!

Dear Diary,

I teach 9 grueling yoga classes on Monday and Tuesday which require me to wake up 5.30 am on both mornings for it's first class. After the ninth class, I usually rush off to play futsal with my Srikandi girls (by the way, Srikandi Futsal Tournament is back! I'll keep you posted).

Since I resigned my 9 to 6 job (nevertheless I used to work 9 to 6 only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday :P) last month, this has been my life:

AM
10: Wake up
10.05: Headstand
10.10: Have bananas for breakfast
10.45: Azmi's Dynamic / Matthew's Ashtanga Led yoga class
NOON 1: Read a book as the TV watches me
PM 2: Banana leaf rice (staple lunch) on Fridays, if not Thursdays, if not ALL three days! Bad..
3: Reruns of SATC to help me fall asleep
4: Nap
5: Wake up, headstand, snack with bananas, stuff up with chocolate
6: Gary's Hatha 2 yoga class
8: Have soto for dinner at Aji Don
NIGHT 10: More bananas and chocolates and TV
12: Baca buku..

Every beautiful Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

After the long Monday and Tuesday, I know I deserve this.
For I have a long list of classes to teach on Saturdays.

Thank you my young Henry for the big and badddddd fattening Toblerone, my Supertall for the goooooood Rocky Road (best Cadbury ever, I tell you!) and Jehan Miskin (which shall be referred to as Supermuskel after this) for the thought-provoking books.

I will resume my visit to GSC's International Screen movies on weekday afternoons,
very soon.

I want to join too. Been looking for friends to hang out (i.e play futsal or something similar). Yeap, stayed in boarding school for 5 years then came back to KL (without any friends here) because of schooling at other people's state :( sad sad sad...

I badly need friends to gossip about school. How cool to be boarding school products :)

Of course not young kids la. Our age of course.

Please update us more about this, Ninie sayang. And I saw you at MidValley last week wearing the green top in your last post with your friend Asma and another guy having drinks. Heee malu nak tegur. I tak glamour :)

Really? Would your lantai be bersepah of timbunan baju yang kita try pakai tapi macam tak kena maka harus dibongkar satu wardrobe yang full of clothes but nothing to wear, juga? :D

Om Shanti....

greetings from Boston ! great blog, nice to see such committed Yogini's in Malaysia.

I hear you about the Libra balance thing, ties right in with the yoga practice, once we can choose which to do.
