cikgu yoga...tumpang tanya ye..saya baru saja join kelas yoga dalam 2 bulan gitu..the classes ive been joining are the elements, hatha1 and hot yoga only.(the basic ones) sekrg rasa mcm nak try other classes,like gentleflow and astangaintro..tapi im hesitating, sebb takut terseksa sorang sorang di dalam kelas itu. will the classes be torturing for beginner like me? :). terima kasih cikgu
I just want to put in my 2 sen (two cents? Hehehe...) Sebagai a penuntut yoga, I guess if you want to lose weight with yoga...kalau makan mcm there's no tomorrow pun takleh gak.... but let me tell you, I ni takde la se-seksi or se-slim mcm Ninie, but sejak buat yoga, badan rasa mcm 'panjang' sikit. Jalan mcm tegak sikit. Leher pun mcm nampak jinjang sikit. Org kata I nampak 'slim dari dulu', eventhough at that time I baru buat yoga for probably a few weeks je. I guess yoga makes my posture look better, I walk better, I carry myself better, so tu yg nampak slim tu, badan nampak 'panjang'. But eventually, yoga makes you lose weight...especially kalau dah advance...kalau dah boleh angkat badan sendiri like some of the crazy poses yg Ninie buat, if you can lift yourself, that means you have more muscle, and thus, kurang lemak. So yes, in my point of view, as a yoga student, I dah kurus because I do yoga + weight training + jaga makan. For some weird reason, yoga makes me kurang lapar sikit. Seriously. All those twisting kot.
