The Day I Never Love Overtaking Driving This Much

Dear Diary,

My pain-staking wait is over.
I finally get to drive my dream car back since I was 21 years old.

Meet Mister Thom.

A small girl with a big appetite ;D, I know.

An SUV with the engine and heart of an EVO VII, it goes to a smooth 170 km/h UNDER 3,000 rpm (wondering how fast can it go at 6 or 7,000 rpm though, I don't have the balls to even try), accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5 seconds, comes with tiptronic, TV screen, DVD player, 10-disc changer,

dream comes true, yes.

But the fuel-consumption is beyoOOOOOOnd my worst nightmare.

My trip to work, to teach and to visit parents' and boyfriend's house only involve Bangsar-Hartamas-Damansara Heights radius,

so for a full-tank that lasts me less than 3 days and
HAVING TO SPEND RM50 FOR FUEL A DAY
IS SANGAT TAK KELAKAR OK.

And this baby attracts unwanted attention, I tell you.
Everytime parked and having to pass abang-abang belia,
I always get, "Pheeewittt, kereta boyfriend ke?"

Tolong lah.
I've been selling my spine for this machine, bang.

Hmmm, wondering if anybody would buy used yet well-kept yoga outfits and yoga mats worn by The Yoga Instructor if I put them up for auctions?

I have to find ways to make more cash to maintain fuel-hungry Thom, kan?

I have two to lend you.

One football and one basketball, which one you want? Both are at home.

Thanks for the offer! Oh, how so very lovely of you.

But I prefer something smaller yet harder. Like golf balls you know, and my boyfriend has plenty of them at his (home).

Thanks again, Mun! ;P

Hi sist! I'm just a silent reader all this while. However, in regards to your 'used well-kept yoga outfits and yoga mats' I bet you a lot of people out there would want to buy it!
Sayang je ebay kat sini tak berapa jalan. But still there are other ways!

I've been thinking about it, nak jual sangat sayang sebenarnya because I just love seeing my special adidas wardrobe melimpah ruah dengan baju-baju cantik yang ada tak sempat nak pakai pun!

yes, please do sell those outfits. not many of us can afford to wear those comfy yet gorgeous outfits to workout. i have to resort to wear yoga pants bought from flea market in order to have wide array of workout clothes to choose from daily. heh. and please..the adidas flats as well. do sell 'em!

Eh, so many requests! I'm a happy camper! Boleh kaya ni, he hee.. But hey, even I pair up an adidas top with Bali / Thai fisherman or apron pants sometimes, I thought they add yoga-teacher-ness-esque to the whole outfit and persona :)

Fuel hungry huh? I know what you mean. I've been contemplating on getting a fast car but in times of rising fuel costs, speed cameras everywhere and the traffic jam getting worse, I have to shelve the idea for now... but I can hear that Civic Type R calling my name...
