The Day I (Accidentally) Watched 'Mencari Cinta' Sehingga Minit Terakhir

Posture For The Day: The Flight II
(bengkokkan badan ikut darjah kecondongan Menara Rebung ye?)

'What I Was Like' meme (* tagged by a Jin.)

20 Years Ago: (1985 - I was 3)
- I was featured in Page 3 of a national newspaper for being able to read at the age of three (but now at 23, I'm stuck with a wrong Degree).
- My mom left to Scotland, leaving me all alone under dad, aunt and grandma's care.

10 Years Ago: (1995 - I was 13)
- Was a regular gueststar for a certain kidshow called 'Kak Yong Dan Adik-Adik' on national radio (ok, Radio Satu sebetulnya) every Saturday morning.
- My whole family left to UK, leaving me in an all-girl boarding school to the south of Malaysia, under feisty wardens' care.

5 Years Ago: (2000 - I was 18)
- Made featured and captured on a front page of national tabloid the day I got my SPM result (entah macam mana, termasuk sekali dalam gambar mereka yang dapat 10A1).
- Was blinded by RM 80,000 scholarship to study some computer shit, and turned down the offer to study architecture (which I think my talent lies in).
- Secretly applied for a fresh start in architecture during my second and third semester in uni (even passed the interview & drawing test) but had to burn the offer letters as I didn't have the guts to mess with my sponsor.
- Was not happy with what I studied in uni, hence I spent most of my time writing for magazines, drawing portraits of friends, playing guitar and trying out yoga.

3 Years Ago: (2002 - I was 20)
- The year (dah tak main newspaper / radio lagi dah) I hosted the coolest show on national TV for a week in May.
- Also the year I learned some truth about men when I got involved with 3 different male species;
1) The Bastard
2) The Man Who Used Me For My Money
3) The Man Who Forgot To Tell Me He Is Married

Last Year: (2004 - I was 22)
- I was normally 41 - 42 in kilos, turned 36 kg after some appendix removal operation. Everybody thought I was a bulimic. Where gotttt, I eat like babi one..
- And was crowned the shortest girl with the shortest hair in town. At 5 feet even, I wore an inch short of red spiky hair (think Dolores O'Riordon) throughout half end of the year resulted from some sane thinking that got away with my body mass after the operation.

This Year: ( 2005 - I am 23)
- Busy growing my hair long.
(PROGRESS: hair past shoulder now. 10 inches of growth in less than a year, gooood hair. But other bodily hair also want to grow fast, have go for a wax once in every fortnight now.)
- Busy trying to gain the weight I lost.
(
PROGRESS: I'm 40 kg on days I eat nasi daun pisang Nirwana Maju for lunch AND dinner, 38 kg on days I do water therapy / body detoxification / five hours of yoga classes a day, but I know I'll be back to 36 during fasting month. When you all pay thousands to slimming centres, I'm home munching salted chips and spoon-licking my Haagen Dasz tub of Custard Pudding. Still not much of a progress.)
- Busy making money money money moneyyyyy!
(PROGRESS: I know I won't be making close to this if I start working as a fresh grad, using Degree that I know nothing about. For getting to 'work and work out' two days in a week and three hours a day in that two days, I couldn't ask for more.)

Next Year (2006 - I'll be 24):
- According to Madam Zorra, I'm going to be famous. Erk? Let's see, shall we..
- According to TMOMD, we are going to get _ _ _ _ _ _ _ .
- According to me, I must buy my targeted non-Perodua 4WD (if not a SMART) before I turn 25. Before I turn 25. Before I turn... what? 24 already?

10 Years From Now (2015 - I'll be 33):
- By then I can easily say, 'I have been doing yoga for 15 years'.
- and I hope I'll be blessed with a loving husband, a pair of gorgeous kids, a beautiful house and a happy content heart (in a 'masih-boleh- dibanggakan' yoga body).

adiejin: same goes to you.

the girl with nice teeth :D and short hair: just to check whether you often check on me or not..

asmadi: shit laa computer shit ni.. i just think that we'd be happier doing something that we enjoy for once, later in life so we don't really feel like killing ourselves every morning on the way to shower.

pompuan jiran yang kena tag: :D

anisism: masa jumpa Madam Zorra last year, i cried when she read my palm and told me (without having to tel her my real ambition) that i'd make one famous and successful architect. babi.

The Angel Islington: thought you've always knew. btw, i'm one hell of a perfectionist too in cases i think i won't excel or succeed, i don't / won't bother to try them at all. which is very stupid and dangerous and have costed memy entire degree in uni.

puteree: alaa, tu the interesting part je. my ugly side you ta tau lagi ;)
