The Day I Might Slowly Disappear..

Dear Diary,

In addition to my battered Batmobile and Be Yoga's renovation that's taking forever,
my other worry got worsened when I saw these pictures of myself,
looking almost invisible from the back,

Coming to rescue a tangled Henry Golding

Coming to torture the bride at a hen night yoga party

I think I've gone soooooooooooo thin
it's not even funny anymore!

I have always been 43 - 44kg on my healthy days
and my chunkiest record was 47kg in March this year,
when Khanna Curry House and Nirwana Maju were daily weekly treats.

For the past couple of months,
I have been weighing a sick and minuscule 37 - 38 kg
IMHO indirectly caused from
not eating that much anymore due to
NOT doing cardio activities and
NOT working out as much as I used to.

When I used to teach 15 classes a week at Yoga Zone some time ago,
I still found time to practice yoga on my own at least once every two days and
went to my gym to run or do weights at least twice a week.

Now, I only teach one class a week at Celebrity Fitness (excluding ad-hoc private and corporate classes) yet I hardly find time to go to the gym at all! At my third year of being a member at True Fitness, Hartamas, I was granted complimentary access to work out and use facilities at Celebrity Fitness. Two gym memberships and counting, laaaaagi aku tak pergi.

Sarclover dear (apparently kita yang tak pernah berrjumpa ni are BFF now),
if you asked how can someone be a size 0,
take it from me, 'CAN!'.
I am now smaller than a size 0 and NOT proud of it!

All my 24-inched jeans (the smallest jeans comes in),
(insert here) cup size and
UK size 6 / US size 0 tops
seem soooo loose!

I need to,
I want to,
I have to
look like this

AGAIN
by new year!

Since Impossible Is Nothing,
I'll eat,
you'll wait and
we'll see.

OK?
