The Day 'Make Cafe, Not Wars'?

Dear Diary,

Just to share one of the funniest blog entries I came across this week
while bloghopping and checking out some old friends' blogs.

From Neynarre's Toink blog:

i went to watch bride wars last night.
dont worry, i am not going to give a synopsis on the movie here.
Nothing worth mentioning. except...

the one seat beside me was empty.
then, came an uncle and sat beside me. he was alone.
the movie started. there was this scene where the girls were at a wedding.
dancing. imagining their own weddings.

the pakcik suddenly asked me: " dah start ke ni?" ("has the movie started yet?")
which i answered yes.
he gave a sigh and slumped deeper into his seat, all while saying...
"saya ingat cerita perang"... ("I thought it's a war movie")

ok... bride WARS... is perang ...
a different kind of what he expected kot?
that was the most funniest part of the movie outing last night.


I read that out loud to all my housemates while I myself almost cried out of laughing so hard.
