BE YOGA is a state-of-the-art yoga sanctuary
located at Ground Floor of Metropolitan Square, Damansara Perdana, PJ
founded by Yoga Ambassador for adidas Malaysia - Ninie Ahmad
and Asia's most renowned Ashtangi - Azmi Samdjaga.

Offering almost 50 yoga and Pilates classes weekly including
Hot Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga complete with wi-fi, restroom and lounge facilities,
BE YOGA is the place to be for potential and existing yoga practitioners
to begin or resume their yoga practice with Malaysia's best yoga teachers
in industrial-minimalist ambience and eco-friendly environment.

BE YOGA opens every weekday 7.00am to 9.30pm
and 9.00am to 4.30pm on weekends.
