For the past 10 years of F1 in Malaysia,
the past winners clocked an average of 1 hour 30 minutes
for 56 laps = 310.408 km (average fastest lap = 210 kph)
not including yesterday's exceptional and record-breaking 33 laps of course.
NOTE TO SELF:
Now. The last few times I drove to Singapore, it took me exactly two hours
from Bangsar to Woodlands checkpoint (estimated 360 km).
Does that mean I was driving 200 km per hour all along?

All these while I always wondered how you could be so smart in coming up with the concept of 'BeYoga' especially in all the clever taglines and copywriting when you are not a marketing nor an advertising person.
Tonight, and watching the latest episode of Ugly Betty on 8TV (right now, 7 April 2009), I realised that you have copied the concept of 'Be(something)' from this series of Betty presenting her 'BeMagazine' idea! ohmygod... how could you think that people, Malaysians, especially, would not notice this?
