The Week I'm Attending All The Concerts & Football Matches In Town (I don't have to teach yoga for a week for the 1st time in 6 years, go figure why)

Dear Diary,

I have a confession.

When my newly-made-8tv-Quickie-host housemate interviewed Daughtry as his first assignment,
I went to (you have my permission to laugh)













KRU's 16th Anniversary Concert on Friday night.

Oh come on, everyone who was born circa 1978 - 1988 was a KRU fan, no?

To add injury to my insult, I had to stand and watch and listen to all of KRU's artists; The Lima, Adam, Dafi, AZNIL HJ NAWAWI and a few other foreign groups under KRU's label; singing songs I have never heard of for more than 90 minutes!

And so I left.
The 'concert' cost me RM45 big curly hair from Peek-A-Boo,
an asymmetric LBD I have never worn before,
smokey eyes that took an hour to make
and RM14 parking fee at Ruums.

I was halfway home when my sis texted, "KRU baru start nyanyi!"

Oh, takpelah..
Having to pretend you enjoy Dafi singing Adam's song and Adam singing Dafi's song drained what little I had left for the week.



So I had to make it up to myself.
Going to KRU's concert and NOT watch KRU perform can't be the ending of my July.

And so I accepted adidas' kind offer to rub shoulders with Michael Ballack earlier for a closed get-together session with the Chelsea star at adidas Concept Store, Pavilion this evening. Walaupun I am not a Chelsea fan.

Maybe I'll still meet Yusry at Chelsea VS Malaysia tomorrow!
