I arbly came across your website and I just started doing Yoga, although not regularly enough. I bought a Katy Appleton Video (I am embaressed to add Geri from the spice girls is in it).
I do the very basic, sun salutation and the moon pose, any advise on how good books, videos you would recomend for a beginner? Thanks hey
