Dear Diary,

Just let me,
justify the things I updated on
my Facebook today.

1. I'll turn 25 in a couple of weeks. I'm buying a big present for myself (although I'm still undecided on exactly what I'm buying. Clock's ticking and time is not your friend, Ninie. Make up your mind, already!). It'll be a happier birthday too if anyone someone wants to throw me a surprise birthday party. Thanks Facebook for Superlatives, girl (too bad) you're nominated.

2. Talking about Superlatives,






I just love this nomination.
It's like, it was custom-made for me.
Or was it?







3. Yes, my Status is 'I'm feeling hot (panas, bukan sexy) today'. Takmo laa demam sekarang, life's too hawt good at the moment and I don't want to miss a minute of it getting high on medication and in temperature.











4. It seemed only yesterday that I moved in my (new) crib now, but my current two housemates are leaving to greener pastures by end of this month. As much as I'd be sad that they have to go, I'm as happy for the fact and my luck that my new housemates are super cool!

One's a Brit photographer who understands and speaks Malay (I can come out with another entry on how I found out) AND he's a Dewa fan (he's a personal friend of Once as well, what more can I ask for, right?) as well! Imagine us cooking in our kitchen singing along Bukan Rahasia (his favourite) and Larut (mine) together.








Another is a fashionista who works for the highest of high-end label that not in another lifetime I can afford to buy. Lucky me, she's a biggggggggg (if not bigger) Alanis Morissette fan too! Nobody else thinks of Under Rug Swept as Alanis' best CD and still puts Jagged Lil' Pill on heavy rotation when driving, but us OK?

At first I was pretty sceptical about putting the ad for new housemates online especially on this blog (takmo laa dapat housemate macam Jennifer Jason Leigh dalam SWF), but after filtering and ensuring that my Facebook IS (and will strictly be) for friends I have met or at least talked to IN REAL LIFE, I took the chance.
