The Day I Was Reminded Of How More Like An Idiot Can I Be

Posture For The Day: Wide-Angled Forward Bend [Seated]
(I'm too tired now to explain on how to achieve this.
But everything starts from something for sure.
You may slowly begin with getting your palms flat on the ground.
Slowly progress with touching your elbows, whole arms,
then forehead, chest, stomach and finally chin to rest on the floor.
Yes dear, it may take years.)

If losing my wallet and handphone during the past weekends are not enough,

.. boleh hilang kunci kereta pulak semalam.

I just finished class around 11.30 am yesterday, already washed my Starbucks coffee mug from some heavenly Ipoh OldTown 3 in 1 coffee leftover, prepared to pack and lock-up the door when I realized, my car key was nowhere to be found.

Worse still, I drove (and have been driving) my younger brother's black Honda for the week (since freshies are not allowed to drive within campus yet :D) . Early this week, I was told many many many times by my father that "The car takde spare key, tau! Please take good care of it." After heedlees "Orang tau lah!"s, I lost it today.

Wait. The worst was yet to happen.

Having lost it, I was indeed stuck inside my yoga place without a car(key), handphone (kan baru hilang) and, the place's key was intact with the keychain-less car key.

How very bloody stupid of me. What's five minutes of going to the locksmith than getting into all these trouble.

To cut a long story short, after a good half an hour of crying over nothing, with the help of my facial lady who was (thank God!) upstairs and had lent her phone to me, came My Hero who saved me. I finally got home in one piece.

It was J who accidentally took my keys with her and only realized it in the evening.
And in between, had her phone switched off.

. . . . .

I have two more weddings of friends to attend to this weekend and the following one and I'm praying hard that;

I won't lose my car or TMOMD pulak this time around.

after this, as a precaution (yelekan, mane tau) just handcuff your TMOMD to your hands. kalau hilang jugak tak taula lagi :D

Waah, I envy your flexibility. As for me, my muscles are like tough rubber. Wish I could share your passion for yoga, though :).

Hi Ninie, me again. I am so inspired by your 'Posture of the Day' pictures :). I might do the same in my fitness blog, but for me it will be on weight exercises.
