The Day I Gained and Lost It

Posture for The Day: The Arrow
(Ready to shoot? Be sure to stay focused and
take constant deep breaths to hold the posture)

I missed writing last Friday but even if I did (write), I know I would have trouble deciding on which one of these titles summed that day the best. Whether it was:

1) The Day I Start Teaching (and Get Paid to teach) Yoga On A Full-Time Basis, or;

2) The Day My Favourite Friday-Morning-Student's-Husband Made It To The Front Page of Utusan Malaysia (not to mention, couldn't THAT very picture of Tan Sri Tengku M him be the worst / cheekiest / cockiest for a headline ever? Or;

3) The Day A Gay Wanker Banker Left His Striped Tie in The Man Of My Dreams' Car (and soon called him asking, "Oh, could you please check if I accidentally left my Alfred Dunhill tie in your car? There, I thought so.. So *giggles*, can we meet next week FOR LUNCH so you could pass it back to me?") Or;

4) The Day I Know I Have True Friends That Would Love Me No Matter What (or WHERE I parked my car for that matter).

Can't decide.

I'm impressed that you teach yoga! In bangsar? where?

I tried doing this at my current gym. its much harder than i thought, and never knew that i could actually sweat doing the routines. I thought it was going to be effortless and easy. So wrong. so wrong.

itb: more of like Highway To Hell for me. the longest 200 metre drive in my life. no, our life now..

elin: you'd sweat like mad doing Ashtanga, you'd stretch like hell in Hatha, you'll breathe like no tomorrow in Kundalini. take your pick 'cos all in all, you'll still work out towards the ideal weight for your body type.

muddy: not Bangsar, i teach in Damansara Heights. and yes, who would've thought you'd sweat the world even by trying to sit and touch your toes with your legs straight.
